If you’ve had a bad experience with the NDIS, you’re not alone — and you have a right to speak up. This guide will walk you through your options, from official channels to alternative methods that support self-expression and dignity.
The official complaint body for NDIS service providers is the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
We’ve created downloadable images you can upload to social media to say, “I want to make a complaint.” You can tag the NDIA or share it with a trusted person to help advocate on your behalf.
Sometimes the system makes it too hard. If you’re feeling stuck, you can Ask an Advocate to help you understand your rights and draft a complaint on your behalf.
We’re building a system where you’ll be able to upload a screenshot or tell us who failed you, and we’ll help convert that into a formal complaint. For now, bookmark this page or check back soon.
