Lived Experience
At Strategic Self-Advocacy™, we don't see lived experience as a bonus—we see it as the baseline.
Too often, advocacy is led by people who consult, research, and theorise, but haven’t lived the experience. That gap matters. Because no amount of theory can replace the precision and urgency that comes from surviving a system and still choosing to help others through it.
Our team includes neurodivergent thinkers, trauma-informed practitioners, and system survivors. We carry both wounds and wisdom. And we use them to design tools that actually work. We balance strategic literacy with emotional fluency, asking the hard questions and naming the truths that often go unsaid.
Because the question isn't whether lived experience belongs at the table. It's why the table was ever built without us.
