Overview
Once you have your ABN and have chosen your structure, it's time to apply for registration with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).

What You Need
- Your group’s purpose (what you do and why)
- A constitution or governing document
- Details of your responsible people (committee or board)
- Your ABN
Steps to Apply
- Go to the ACNC website
- Create an account
- Complete the registration application
- Upload your constitution and details
- Wait for assessment (can take 1–3 weeks)
