Ledger of Government Denials
A survivor-authored archive of systemic rejection patterns. Documenting what they said. Decoding what they meant.
These tools make invisible systems visible β from tracing conflicts of interest to mapping patterns of denial and creating stronger
reporting pathways.
Why This Ledger Exists
Government rejections are often cloaked in generic language, vague justifications, and decision-maker discretion. This ledger preserves
these phrases and translates their real-world impact through survivor-led interpretation. It is not a complaints page β it is a tool
for ethical documentation, institutional memory, and pattern recognition.
You can submit anonymously or with attribution. All submissions are reviewed for glossary tagging.

What Happens After You Submit?
β Your response is recorded securely
It goes into a protected ledger governed by the McLoughlin Charter.
π§ Your phrase is reviewed for glossary tagging
We translate confusing language into plain meaning.
π§Ύ It becomes part of the public ledger
Only with your permission β and always anonymously if you chose.
ποΈ This helps build collective evidence
So no one has to fight alone β and patterns can be seen.
If you're feeling unsure or anxious, you're not alone. You can take your time, come back later, or ask someone you trust to help. Submitting even one phrase makes a difference.
π Prefer to Hear It?
You can listen to an audio explanation of how this page works, what to expect, and how to contribute. This option is useful for people with anxiety, cognitive overload, or reading fatigue.
