How do I book a QLD intake?

Is the initial intake free?
Yes — the intake is a free short session to map your options and recommend the next three steps. Any further work is fee-based and will be agreed with you beforehand.
Who can use your services?
Our services are for participants, families, carers, support workers and allied professionals. We provide advocacy and coaching — not legal representation — but will refer to legal advice when needed.
What if it is an urgent safety matter?
For immediate risk call emergency services. For urgent advocacy matters contact your regional office and our QLD intake — we prioritise high-need cases and will advise immediate steps.
How do you manage privacy and records?
We treat client information as confidential, store records securely, and only share information with consent or as required by law. We will explain data handling when you engage with us.
