Writing an SSG summary

Produce a 1-page SSG summary that states: the issue, what has been tried, what is recommended, and the measurable next step. Attach evidence references.

Activity — Create an adjustment log sample

Draft two weeks of adjustment logs showing dates, the adjustment used and staff response (focus on consistency and monitoring).
