Service Agreement essentials

Include: scope summary, pricing, invoicing frequency, roles/responsibilities, confidentiality, complaints process, termination notice and handover obligations.

Activity — Draft a 6-point scope

Write a 3–6 bullet scope for a coordinator for 3 months (what they will do, how often, expected deliverable).
