support
Explain that if something feels unsafe, unfair or stuck, we help people name it, map options and plan next steps.
What we teach — The Systemic Fluency Model
We teach three connected skills so people can act with confidence in complex systems:
See the system
Map roles, rules, risks and decision points.
Speak the system's language
Use clear, rights-based words, scripts and documentation that get heard.
Shift the system
Translate participation into influence, improve processes and close feedback loops.
Classroom & practice emphasis
Short, structured practice sessions with scripted scenarios
Templates (letters, reports, escalation forms) you can use immediately
Tools for measuring progress (SSA-FIS aligned indicators)
Offerings & formats
We scale to your context — from short workshops to bespoke pilots.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long are the Strategic Advocacy Learning Hubs?
A. Most Strategic Advocacy Learning Hubs run over 6–8 weeks, with a weekly live session and practical implementation tasks between sessions. For teams that need a faster option, we can also design one-day intensives or short micro-modules that focus on a specific outcome (for example, NDIS-facing advocacy, inclusive policy review, or AI-supported casework).
Q: Can we run a pilot in one business unit?
A: Yes. In fact, pilots are our preferred way to start. A small, focused pilot lets you:
- trial the materials with a real cohort
- capture early wins and stories from your own context
- fine-tune content for your policies, systems and communities
- build a grounded case for scaling across the organisation
We’ll work with you to choose a pilot group that’s big enough to learn from, but small enough to feel safe and manageable.
Q: Do you provide certificates or CPD hours?
A: Yes. We can provide completion certificates and a short outline of learning outcomes to support CPD, professional learning, or supervision hours, depending on your sector. If you have specific accreditation or regulatory requirements, let us know and we’ll align our documentation as closely as we can.
Q: What does pricing look like?
A: Pricing depends on a few factors:
- cohort size and number of teams involved
- level of customisation to your policies, tools and casework
- whether you include coaching, clinics or implementation support
- add-ons such as AI workflow design, resource reviews or leadership sessions
We’ll provide a tailored quote and pilot proposal once we understand your context, goals and constraints. If you’re exploring options, we’re happy to start with a ballpark range so you can sense-check fit before moving ahead.
