STRENGTHEN ACCOUNTABILITY

Ledger of Government Denials

A survivor-authored archive of systemic rejection patterns. Documenting what they said. Decoding what they meant.

These tools make invisible systems visible — from tracing conflicts of interest to mapping patterns of denial and creating stronger reporting pathways.

Why This Ledger Exists

Government rejections are often cloaked in generic language, vague justifications, and decision-maker discretion. This ledger preserves these phrases and translates their real-world impact through survivor-led interpretation. It is not a complaints page — it is a tool for ethical documentation, institutional memory, and pattern recognition.

Governed by the McLoughlin Charter.
